Founder and owner, Alicia, moved from Pennsylvania to Colorado in 2016 to pursue a career in working with at-risk youth in a residential treatment setting.  In addition to this, Alicia also began nannying and cleaning for a local Colorado Springs family for additional income.  What started as a side hustle then quickly became a yearning for independent contracting and self-employment, a skill that Alicia grew up watching her father excel at.  Alicia owes many thanks to that family who made her see her own potential and saw something in her from the start- they are a large reason this company is what it is to this day!  In 2018, Alicia quit her salary job and became an independently filed LLC, cleaning homes and businesses all over the state of Colorado.

Since 2018, AKC has continued to grow and scale in all areas.  We started as only residential- we now offer residential, commercial, post construction, moving and more.  We started as only one team member- we now have a team of skilled and talented cleaners for all job types, days and times.  We started lacking skill and efficiency- we have honed in on skills and practices best for each job type and needs and do so quickly and thoroughly.  We started in only Colorado Springs- we now offer services in El Paso and all surrounding counties and cities.  As we continue to operate and scale, we know that we will only continue to improve in all of these areas.
